Smart Dholera has become an ‘easy to recall’ name in the residential living space of Dholera SIR ; a project owned by Smart Homes Infrastructure Pvt Ltd. which is a subsidiary of group company Smart Infrastructure PTE Limited, headquartered in Singapore.

Smart Dholera is trademark registered and has emerged as a prominent B2C brand in the recent past in India’s first smart city. The Activation area requires the development of sewage collection and treatment systems as essential facilities for the development.

Also, there will be recycled water distribution system with the treated water from the STP as the recycled water will reduce the load on the potable water demand.

The Common Effluent Treatment Plant (CETP) is an important requirement to provide a clean environment in order to initiate the development activities in the Activation Area of the DSIR.

CETP Provide the basic requirement of Industrial Effluent Treatment in order to ensure a clean and habitable environment for the development of industrial and other mixed use activities in Activation Area of the DSIR. Setting a benchmark for development of other trunk infrastructures in the DSIR showcasing the principles of sustainability by providing a world-class destination for industries.


Activation Area work has been started


since oct -2016 in TP-2 at Dholera SIR in these past 6 months a lot of progress could be seen by People Visiting Dholera SIR , the work has gained a lot of trust and faith on the project

  • - The master planning for Dholera SIR was completed in October 2010. This was way before any other smart city in India was even conceptualized
  • - December 2010 marked approval of Dholera’s development plan
  • - The land allocation for building the project started in December 2011. Currently Dholera SIR comprises of 920 square kilometer area of land
  • - May 2015 witnessed the approval for building trunk infrastructure component in Dholera

It is expected that the trunk infrastructure component including facilities like Roads and Services, Water Treatment Plant, Sewage Treatment Plant, Common Effluent Treatment Plant, Administrative and Commercial Complex, etc. shall soon be completed. The entire project has been divided into three phases and each phase is expected to take about a decade for completion.
