Dholera Special Investment Region (DSIR)
The Draft Development Plan aims at the creation of an economically and socially balanced, new age city with world-class infrastructure and a high quality of life. Adoption of a sustainable approach across key components such as transportation, waste recycling, overall urban form and resource efficiency form the cornerstones of this plan.
The developable area in DSIR is divided into six (6) Town Planning (TP) Schemes and all 6 draft schemes have been sanctioned.
DSIR, under Town Planning Schemes 1 to 6, covers an area of 422 SqKm. Phase I covers 153 SqKm of TP1 and TP2 to be Ready by 2022 with all Infrastructure.
Construction in an Area of 22.5 Sq. Km (5600 Acres) ie. ACTIVATION AREA has been initiated for Industrial and Residential zones will be Ready by 2019.
